"Audio One" is the excellent K.Vandermark's new project for free-jazz large ensemble. This is already its 3rd recording. I suspect, it's not necessary to say that all these albums sound powerful, amazing and extremely creative, all the members are musicians of high-class level and this shouldn't surprise that they make the outstanding music. Vibraphone adds some unusual flavour that reminds me to ECM releases of 1970s, while drums sometimes almost cross the boundaries of modern jazz-rock. Great!
