"Audio One" is the excellent K.Vandermark's new project for free-jazz large ensemble. This is already its 3rd recording. I suspect, it's not necessary to say that all these albums sound powerful, amazing and extremely creative, all the members are musicians of high-class level and this shouldn't surprise that they make the outstanding music. Vibraphone adds some unusual flavour that reminds me to ECM releases of 1970s, while drums sometimes almost cross the boundaries of modern jazz-rock. Great!

Three new Made To Break recordings from a 2014 European Tour on KV's Audiographic Imprint (I guess maybe d/l only?). Quite early in the band's existence, these concerts (all three) are bursting with energy and ideas...I think they are a terrific ensemble, continually breaking new ground and all three concerts are special...open your ears to these recordings and the rewards are enormous.
